At Kani Shopee, we ensure a smooth cancellation and refund process for our customers. Please read our policy below:

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
  • To request a cancellation, contact kanishoppe@gmail.com with your order details.
  • If an order is canceled after payment and before shipping, the refund will be processed as per the refund policy.
  • Kani Shopee reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., stock unavailability, fraudulent transactions, or pricing errors).

2. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within X business days to the original payment method or the Kani Shopee Wallet.
  • Wallet refunds can be used for future purchases but cannot be withdrawn as cash.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

3. Return-Based Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for eligible returned products (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
  • Customers must initiate a return request within X days of delivery by contacting kanishoppe@gmail.com
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within X business days.
  • Digital products, gift cards, and wallet top-ups are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method or Kani Shopee Wallet, as per customer preference.

4. Refund Eligibility

  • The product must be in its original condition with tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Requests for refunds must be made within X days of delivery.
  • Refunds will not be provided for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
  • Any free gifts or promotional items must also be returned for a full refund.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Items without original packaging or with visible damage caused by the customer.
  • Used or tampered products that do not meet the return policy conditions.
  • Orders paid using promo codes, discounts, or reward points (only partial refunds may apply).
  • Products that are personalized, customized, or made-to-order.
  • Perishable goods and hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., cosmetics, jewelry, undergarments) are non-refundable.
  • Items purchased under promotional offers, discounts, or clearance sales may have different refund policies.




6. Wallet Refunds and Usage

  • Refunds credited to the Kani Shopee Wallet can be used for future purchases on our website.
  • Wallet balance is non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or other payment methods.
  • Expired wallet balances cannot be reclaimed.
  • Kani Shopee reserves the right to adjust wallet refund policies without prior notice.

7. Return and Exchange Process

  • Customers must raise a return request through the My Orders section or by emailing support@kanishopee.com.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition along with the invoice and all accessories.
  • Kani Shopee may arrange a reverse pickup in eligible locations, or customers may need to ship the product back.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed as per policy.
